Hi, I’m Rachel—a lover of words, forests, and new perspectives on life. My happiest places are hiking in nature and ecstatic dance parties (often with my five-year-old daughter).
My passion for personal transformation and growth has guided me since adolescence. I began reading philosophical and personal development books at the age of 14 and haven’t stopped since. Travel has been my greatest tool for triggering transformation. It’s my belief that the purpose of our precious lives is to learn and grow and to help one another in that process. Throughout the years, I’ve studied and practiced transpersonal psychology, particularly those founded in Buddhist perspectives.
